SWPMTECH LTD, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (registration number ΗΕ 470378), with its registered address at Franklinou Rousvelt, 170 LIMASSOL CHAMBER, 2nd floor, Omonoia, 3048, Limassol, Cyprus, together with its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), organizes and administers promotional contests of chance conducted on the Platform.
These Sweepstakes Rules (the “Rules”) form a separate and independent contract between you, as a natural person eligible to participate (“User,” “you,” or “your”), and the Company, governing exclusively your usage of the Platform in Promotional Mode. By entering, accessing, or otherwise participating in the Promotional Mode, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Rules.
These Rules are to be read together with, and in addition to, the Platform’s Terms & Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”). The Terms & Conditions govern your general access to and use of the Platform, including account creation, eligibility, and acceptable use, while these Rules govern exclusively your participation in Promotional Mode. Any matters not governed herein shall be deemed governed by the Terms & Conditions, unless another document explicitly applies. In the event of any inconsistency, these Rules shall prevail solely with respect to your participation in the Promotional Mode.
We encourage you to review these Rules carefully before participating in any Promotional Mode. If you do not agree with any part of these Rules and Terms & Conditions, you may not enter or participate in the Promotional Mode and must immediately discontinue any participation.

The Platform organizes promotional contests of chance, also known as sweepstakes, which are conducted exclusively in Promotional Mode. Promotional Mode is designed solely for entertainment and promotional purposes and does not constitute gambling, wagering, investments, or any opportunity for Users to risk money for a chance to win. Winners in sweepstakes are selected at random from all valid entries.
Purchasing Gold Coins does not increase the User’s chances of winning in Promotional Mode, extend gameplay, or alter the outcome of any drawing. Participation in Promotional Mode is possible exclusively through the use of Sweep Coins, which may be obtained free of charge through promotional offers or via the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). Sweep Coins have no monetary value, cannot be purchased directly, and cannot be transferred inside or outside the Platform.
THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES INCLUDE A PROVISION (SEE ARBITRATION CLAUSE) REQUIRING INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION AND WAIVING ANY RIGHT TO CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIMS UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIMEFRAME.
Promotional Mode may only be entered by eligible Users located in permitted jurisdictions and is strictly prohibited in Prohibited Jurisdictions.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. AMOE (Alternative Method of Entry): means the free method provided by the Company that allows Users to obtain Sweep Coins without making a purchase of Sweep Coins. Eligible Users may receive Sweep Coins through alternative methods such as complimentary bonuses granted with Gold Coin purchases, daily login bonuses, or mystery bonuses upon login, as further specified by the Company in these Rules or on the Platform from time to time.
1.2 Playthrough Requirements: means the multiplier associated with specific Sweep Coins that a User must use in Games before those Sweep Coins become eligible for redemption as Prizes. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, all Sweep Coins are subject to a minimum of a one-time (x1) Playthrough Requirement, meaning they must be used at least once in any Game before becoming eligible for redemption.
1.3 Promotional Mode: means the mode of play on the Platform in which Users participate in Games using Sweep Coins for promotional and entertainment purposes only, without any monetary value or direct purchase of Sweep Coins, and with the possibility of redeeming prizes in accordance with these Rules.
1.4 Prizes: refer to monetary or equivalent rewards that a User may win by participating in Games in Promotional Mode using Sweep Coins, in accordance with these Rules. Sweep Coins themselves are not Prizes and have no cash value, but serve as entries that provide Users with the opportunity to win Prizes.
1.5 Sweep Coin Balance: means the total amount of Sweep Coins available in an Account at any given time.
1.6 Sweep Coins: means virtual tokens granted free of charge and used exclusively in Promotional Mode on the Platform. Sweep Coins cannot be purchased directly, have no monetary value, cannot be transferred inside or outside the Platform, and may only be redeemed for Prizes in accordance with these Rules.
1.7 Other: Capitalised terms used herein, unless otherwise defined, shall have the meaning provided in the Terms & Conditions.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 Subject: These Rules govern the User’s participation in Promotional Mode on the Platform. Promotional Mode is intended solely for entertainment and promotional purposes and does not constitute gambling, wagering, investments, or any opportunity for Users to risk money for a chance to win.
2.2 Eligibility: Eligibility requirements are outlined in the Terms & Conditions. In addition, the User must have the legal right under applicable laws and regulations of their jurisdiction to participate in Promotional Mode.
2.3 Account: Account requirements are outlined in the Terms & Conditions. An Account also serves as the means by which the User may access and participate in Promotional Mode, subject to these Rules.
3. METHOD OF ENTRY
3.1 Allocation of Sweep Coins: Participation in Promotional Mode is possible exclusively through the use of Sweep Coins. Sweep Coins are granted free of charge, recorded in the User’s Balance, and cannot be purchased.
3.2 Complimentary Bonuses with Gold Coin Purchases: When a User purchases Gold Coins for gameplay in Entertainment Mode, the Company may, at its sole discretion, grant Sweep Coins as a complimentary bonus. The quantity of Sweep Coins awarded in connection with a Gold Coin purchase, if any, is determined exclusively by the Company and may vary depending on the package purchased, promotional campaigns, or other factors.
3.3 Daily Login Bonus: Users may receive Sweep Coins as a complimentary reward for logging into their Account on a daily basis. Daily login bonuses are limited to one per calendar day, regardless of the number of times a User accesses their Account.
3.4 Mystery Login Bonus: From time to time, the Company may, at its discretion, award Users with a mystery bonus of Sweep Coins upon login. The amount of such a bonus is determined randomly and may exceed the standard daily login reward. Mystery login bonuses are provided on an occasional basis and are not guaranteed.
3.5 No Purchase, No Value: Users cannot purchase Sweep Coins, and Sweep Coins have no monetary value. Sweep Coins are intangible digital items provided solely as part of the promotional features of the Platform.
3.6 Equal Treatment of Sweep Coins: All Sweep Coins have the same chance of winning all Prizes, regardless of whether they were awarded in connection with the purchase of Gold Coins.
3.7 Restrictions on Transfer: The Sweep Coins may not be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, traded, or sublicensed (whether for monetary exchange or for any other value). Sweep Coins received via any of the methods described above cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any item of value, except as expressly permitted in these Rules.
3.8 Acknowledgment: By participating, Users acknowledge that Sweep Coins are intangible digital items of no monetary value. Sweep Coins are provided incidental to and in connection with the promotional aspects of the Platform, including, but not limited to, participation in Games in the Entertainment Mode.
3.9 Restrictions on Sweep Coins: Any Sweep Coins that remain unused in the User’s Sweep Coin Balance for a continuous period of sixty (60) days shall automatically expire and be removed from the Sweep Coin Balance without compensation. For the purposes of this clause, “unused” shall mean that the User has not accessed their Account or otherwise engaged in any activity on the Platform during such period. Upon termination (closure) of a User’s Account for any reason, all Sweep Coins remaining in the Sweep Coin Balance shall be void.
3.10 Company’s Discretion: The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to introduce, modify, or discontinue any method of allocating Sweep Coins at any time, without prior notice.
4. GAMEPLAY
4.1 Promotion Period: Games in Promotional Mode are offered on the Platform concurrently with Games in Entertainment Mode. The Company’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for all Promotions. Each promotional period runs from January 1 to December 31 of a given year. The Company reserves the right to (i) cancel any above-mentioned period and/or any Games in Promotional Mode offered during such period in accordance with these Rules and/or the Terms & Conditions, and/or (ii) discontinue its offering of any Games in Promotional Mode following the conclusion of any above-mentioned period, at the Company’s sole discretion.
4.2 Game Rules: Each Game offered on the Platform has its own individual rules and conditions of participation, which are made available to the User prior to commencing gameplay. It is the sole responsibility of the User to review, understand, and comply with the applicable rules of each Game before entering Promotional Mode. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the forfeiture of Sweep Coins used for participation and may further lead to disqualification from the Game or Promotional Mode at the Company’s discretion.
4.3 Access to Games: Access to Games in Promotional Mode is conditional upon the availability of Sweep Coins in the User’s Balance. Sweep Coins are deducted at the time of entry into a Game, and an insufficient Sweep Coin Balance will prevent participation. The User acknowledges that access to Games may be restricted, limited, or denied based on the User’s jurisdiction, technical capacity, or compliance with these Rules.
4.4 Sweep Coins Use: Each participation in a Game within Promotional Mode requires the use of Sweep Coins, which are immediately and irrevocably deducted from the User’s Sweep Coin Balance once gameplay begins. Sweep Coins used in a Game cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded, regardless of the outcome. The User expressly acknowledges and accepts this principle of finality in relation to all Sweep Coins used in Promotional Mode.
4.5 Game Entries Amounts: The Company may, in its sole discretion, establish minimum and maximum limits on the number of Sweep Coins that can be used in a single Game, during a play session, or within a specified period. These limits may include, but are not limited to, restrictions on the number of Sweep Coins used per Game or per User. Such limits are intended to promote responsible participation and may be adjusted at any time by the Company without prior notice.
4.6 Odds of Winning: The odds of winning each Game can be found within the game rules associated with such Promotions. A purchase will not increase any User’s chance of winning any Game. The Company reserves the right to modify, alter, or change the rules, regulations, and prize amounts of any Game at any time in its sole discretion. Users can view the current and amended details by clicking on the pay table button in each Game. It is the sole responsibility of the User to review the applicable Prize win rate before each participation. Continued participation in a Game after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
4.7 Playthrough Requirements: Certain Sweep Coins may be subject to playthrough requirements, meaning they must be used in a minimum number of times to become eligible for redemption as Prizes. The Company reserves the right to impose, modify, or remove playthrough requirements at its sole discretion. Entry into each eligible Game counts toward meeting any applicable playthrough requirement.
4.8 Sweep Coin Balance Updates: Outcomes of gameplay in Promotional Mode, whether successful or unsuccessful, are reflected in the User’s Balance. Any winnings, rewards, or additional Sweep Coins resulting from gameplay are credited back to the User’s Balance, unless otherwise specified by the Company. Conversely, any losses are final and not subject to reimbursement or reinstatement. The Company may correct or adjust Balances in the event of technical errors, malfunctions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4.9 Random Results: All outcomes in Promotional Mode are determined exclusively by random number generation (RNG) systems or equivalent randomization processes designed to ensure fairness and impartiality. The User acknowledges and accepts that such results cannot be influenced, manipulated, or predicted by the User, the Company, or any third party. The Company does not warrant that the operation of RNG systems will be uninterrupted or error-free, and reserves the right to void entries or results in the event of technical malfunction.
4.10 Entertainment Purpose: Participation in Promotional Mode is intended solely for entertainment and promotional purposes. The User acknowledges that winning Prizes is not guaranteed, that Sweep Coins carry no monetary value other than as a reference for Prize redemption, and that participation should not be construed as an opportunity to generate income or financial gain. Any reliance on Promotional Mode for financial purposes is strictly prohibited.
4.11 Game Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Game, including its mechanics, features, design, or availability, at any time and for any reason. Such modifications may be undertaken to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, to enhance user experience, to prevent abuse or fraud, or for any other operational reason determined by the Company. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from the modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any Game.
5. PRIZES
5.1 Notification: Winners of specific Prizes may be notified by email, in-app message, or other contact methods associated with their Account. Failure to respond within the timeframe stated by the Company may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
5.2 Delivery of Prizes:Prizes are delivered through supported payment methods, while non-cash Prizes are shipped to the address provided by the User. The Company is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party providers or carriers.
5.3 Taxes: Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by governmental authorities in connection with the redemption or receipt of Prizes.
5.4 Monthly Prize Limits: The maximum total value of Prizes that may be awarded to a User in any calendar month shall not exceed ten thousand U.S. dollars (USD $10,000).
5.5 Restricted State Limitation: In accordance with applicable laws, Users who are residents of the State of Florida shall not be awarded Prizes exceeding a total value of four thousand nine hundred U.S. dollars (USD $4,900) for any single participation in a Game.
5.6 Company’s Discretion: The Company reserves the right to modify, substitute, or cancel Prizes at its sole discretion, including in cases where a Prize is unavailable or restricted by law.
6. REDEMPTIONS
6.1 Redemption Value: For the purposes of Prize redemption, one (1) Sweep Coin eligible for redemption corresponds to one (1) U.S. dollar (USD $1), unless otherwise stated on the Platform.
6.2 Redemption Procedure: Users may request redemption of eligible Prizes through the method(s) provided on the Platform, subject to verification requirements and compliance with these Rules.
6.3 Verification: Before processing any redemption, the Company may require the User to provide identity documents, proof of residence, or other information necessary to confirm the identity, eligibility, and compliance with applicable laws.
6.4 Withdrawal Limits: Redemptions of Prizes are subject to a minimum withdrawal of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $100) per transaction and a maximum withdrawal of two thousand U.S. dollars (USD $2,000) per transaction or per calendar month.
6.5 Redemption Frequency: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to process only one Prize redemption request per Account within any twenty-four (24) hour period.
6.6 Storage of Winnings: Prizes not redeemed within ninety (90) calendar days shall automatically expire and be forfeited without compensation.
6.7 Forfeiture: Prizes may be forfeited if the User fails to comply with these Rules or Terms & Conditions, provides false or misleading information, resides in a Prohibited or Restricted Jurisdiction, or does not complete redemption within the timeframe specified by the Company.
